Bryan L. Marzzarella
Bryan is a retired U.S. Marine, the founder of 4 Ship Solutions LLC, and is an executive and strategic level advisor with more than three decades of leadership, organizational management, and strategic experience. He has experience in senior leadership and advisory roles supporting human resources functions, recruiting, onboarding, pay and benefits, awards, promotions, training and development, performance evaluation, employee relations and conflict resolution, termination, administration, supply and logistics, intelligence, operational planning, program management, process management, aviation maintenance and production, physical security, personnel protection, combat operations, and high-risk special operations missions. He currently serves as an Executive Advisor in the Upstate of South Carolina providing strategic guidance, leadership counsel, and organizational insight to business, non-profit, and community leaders. He holds a BS in Business Management and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma (CPI).
Sergeant Major Marzzarella, USMC (Ret.)
During his military career, SgtMaj Marzzarella served as:
Director of the Staff Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Academy at the prestigious Marine Corps University Quantico, Virginia responsible for developing and preparing thousands of US and foreign military enlisted leaders for increased levels of responsibility; He served as a Senior Leader and Advisor to the US Marine Corps Embassy Security Group and US Department of State responsible for protecting diplomatic personnel, sensitive information, and diplomatic missions across more than 150 countries; He served as a Senior Leader and Advisor for two US Special Operations Command units within the US Marine Corps responsible for supporting all aspects of world wide special operations missions. His career included overseas deployments and assignments in complex, high-threat, and politically sensitive environments, requiring strategic decision-making, operational planning, organizational leadership, and the ability to perform under significant pressure. He received graduate certificates from the Marine Corps University, the National Defense University, and the Joint Special Operations University and has received numerous medals and awards for exceptional leadership from the US Department of Defense and US Department of State.
